Venue

Inverell is now a provisional centre and is working toward becoming a fully accredited centre this year.

History

With the onset of EI the process of starting a centre has been a challenge but the group were determined to make the RDA Inverell Centre a reality. The team worked hard last year getting the centre up and running. Volunteers, horses and assistant coaches were trained, a suitable venue was found and their first workshop was hosted. A lot has been achieved since their public meeting in April last year and the work and perseverance is paying off. This year they have enough riders to keep them busy on the riding day and have also had quite a few people interesting in riding with them. The team are currently working towards having a riding and carriage driving day during the week which will make the service more accessible to many potential clients.

Days of Operation

The centre operates every second Saturday and is currently working on operating on a week day once a fortnight as well with both riding and carriage driving
