The Board of Directors holds a number of meetings each year.

The state of NSW has been divided into ten regions with each region having a Regional Representative. These representatives are responsible for communication between the Board and the centres.

The State Council comprises the Board of Directors and Regional Representatives. State Council meetings are held twice yearly.
